Korean Pantry
Editorial Policy
How recipes, translations, substitutions, filters, and corrections are reviewed.
Last reviewed August 31, 2026
Recipes and translation
Korean source text is kept alongside the English translation. English instructions are edited for clear, natural cooking language while preserving quantities, ingredients, order, and safety information.
Substitutions and filters
Substitution notes give a practical replacement and explain any useful adjustment to texture, spice, salt, or cooking time. Time, difficulty, diet, method, heat, and nutrition filters appear only when reliable information is available.
Review before publication
Before publication, recipes are checked for complete ingredients, ordered steps, working images, source attribution, duplicate recipes, and ingredient-name consistency. Accepted corrections are applied consistently across the site.
Corrections
Corrections should cite the affected URL and reliable evidence. We prioritize food safety, allergens, source attribution, duplicate recipes, and ingredient naming errors, then apply accepted corrections consistently across the site.
