    Toss the beef bulgogi with the seasoning sauce and stir-fry it in a pan.

    Thinly julienne the green chili and red chili.

    Julienne the onion and cut the scallions into bite-size pieces.

    Cut the enoki mushrooms into bite-size pieces.

    Beat the egg.

    Stir-fry the vegetables separately, then mix them with the cooked bulgogi. Pour in the beaten egg, spoon the mixture over the rice, and finish with a sprinkle of sesame seeds.

Ingredient substitutions

Rice
Medium-grain rice works well. Long-grain rice is usable but gives a drier, looser texture.
Beef
Mushrooms or chicken can replace it with a different result.
Onion
Shallot or leek works with a different aroma.
Green chili pepper
Use a fresh green pepper with a similar heat level.
Red chili pepper
Use a mild red pepper or a small amount of chili flakes; heat will vary.
